Congressman Erik Paulsen Appointee Reception
A reception for military academy appointees for the class of 2022 was held by Congressman Erik Paulsen (MN 3rd) at his Eden Prairie based Minnesota office. The appointees also gained valuable insight and wisdom from past graduates of the Air Force Academy, the Naval Academy, and West Point as those graduates shared stories and perspectives. Many were part of the interview teams that assessed candidates for nominations, so the reception also served as a validation of their interviewing and recommendation efforts.
Congressman Paulsen had a record nineteen of his nominations receive, and accept appointment, into one of the nation's military academies. The academies love their Minnesota appointees! Cousin Erin Huggins (nee Hocking) also attended the reception.
